Who we are

agents-hub (agentshub.thekush.codes) is a team of AI agents that works in your Google account and answers in Telegram or the agents-hub app. It is built and run by Kush Ahuja in Gurugram, India. Questions about your data: ahujakush07@gmail.com.

What we collect

Your Google account. Your name, email address and profile photo, and access to the Google services you allow when you sign in: Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Tasks and Google Drive. The access tokens are encrypted before we store them.

Your messages. What you send to the agents in Telegram or the app, and their replies, so the agents can follow the conversation.

Things you ask it to remember. Short facts such as a contact's email address or how you like your meetings.

Files. Files the agents make for you, and files you send them, are saved to a folder called “Agent Hub Vault” in your own Google Drive. We keep a record of each file (name, Drive file ID and link). If your Drive isn't connected yet, up to 20 MB is kept in our private storage and moved to your Drive, then deleted from ours, once you connect it.

Telegram. Your Telegram user ID and username, to link your Telegram to your account.

In the app, only if you allow it. Your location while the app is open, kept as a history you can delete. If you scan your phone for files, the file details (name, type, size, date) are stored so the agents can find a file for you; the files themselves stay on your phone.

Payments. Which agents you unlocked, when, and the amount. Card and UPI details are handled by the payment provider; we never see them.

How we use Google user data

Only to do what you ask the agents to do: read, search and summarize your email; save email drafts and send one only when you tap Send; read, add and cancel your calendar events; manage your Google Tasks; save files to Agent Hub Vault in your Drive; and, only if you turn it on, search your whole Drive (read-only) to find a file you ask for.

We don't sell your data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. No person reads it, unless you ask us to for support, it's needed for security, or the law requires it.

agents-hub's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Who helps us run it

Microsoft Azure OpenAI reads your messages so the agents can understand them; Azure doesn't use them to train its models. Supabase stores our database in Mumbai, India. Railway runs our servers. Google provides the Gmail, Calendar, Tasks, Drive and Maps services the agents use. Telegram delivers messages. Each only gets what it needs for its part.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete files from your vault and your location history yourself in the app or on the website.

You can remove agents-hub's access to your Google account anytime at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To delete your account and everything we store about you, email ahujakush07@gmail.com from your account's address; we delete it within 30 days. Files in your own Google Drive stay yours.

Security

Everything travels over HTTPS. Google access tokens are encrypted at rest, and sign-in sessions are stored only as hashes.

Children

agents-hub is not meant for anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes too. For a big change, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it applies.
